:: Room Rates
- The above rates are United States Dollars (US$), net and non-commissionable.
- Rates are based for Single / Double / Twin Occupancies per room per night.
- Rates are inclusive of mandatory government Goods and Service Tax (GST) 12% & Service Charge 6% (SC)
- Any new government taxes implemented during the contracted period shall be passed on to the agents.
- Rates are Inclusive of a Set or Buffet Breakfast served in Hotel’s Restaurant from 0630 am to 1000 am
:: Airport Transfers
- The hotel provides complimentary combined Return Transfers for up to 02 persons per room
- Additional persons will be charged US$ 24 net per person Return (Inclusive of taxes)
- Private Transfers can be arranged upon Request at an additional charge.
:: Pre booked Meals
- Hotel can provide Lunch & Dinner at the Hotel’s all day dining restaurant at a supplement as follows
- Set Dinner US$ 24 net per Adult & US$ 12 net per child (02 – 12 Yrs)
- Set Lunch US$ 20 net per Adult & USD 10 net per child (02 – 12 Yrs)
- Set Lunch & Dinner is based on a Three Course set menu offered by the Hotel.
- No Beverages are Included, paid meals which are not consumed will not be refunded.
- Above Supplements are Inclusive of Taxes.
:: Day Use Room policy
- Check in time 1400 Hrs and Check out no-later than 2200 Hrs
- Check out requests upto 2400 hrs will be subject to availability
- Day use room can be occupied by maximum 04 persons with existing bedding
- Day use room type will be provided on run of the house
:: Check In Policy
- Standard Check In time would be 1400 Hrs (Local time) on Booked Arrival date
- Early check in may be provided subject to availability of rooms at the time of arrival (not before 7 am)
:: Check Out Policy
- Standard Check out time would be 1200 Hrs (Local time) of booked departure date.
- Late check-out till 1400 Hrs can be provided Free of charge subject to availability
- Late check-out beyond 1600 Hrs and until 1800 Hrs will be chargeable at 30% of Room Rate
- Late check-out beyond 1800 Hrs and until 2100 Hrs will be chargeable at 50% of Room Rate
- Late check-out beyond 2100 Hrs will be chargeable at 100% of Room Rate

:: Payment & Invoicing
- All bookings should be prepaid before arrival according to the Invoice issued by the hotel
- Bank transfers (if any) should be received to company account before guest arrival to hotel.
:: Cancellation & No Show
- All cancellations must be notified in writing and reconfirmed by the hotel within following notice periods to avoid any cancellation charges. Any cancellation of a confirmed booking within the date periods mentioned below will be subject to cancellation fees.
